Sometimes, you meet someone who feels like coming home. Someone who reminds you it's okay to slow down. To breathe. To feel.
During my internship in Goa as part of the Ayurvedic Practitioner training, Vicky was that person, for me and for our entire group.
Her yoga classes weren't about striving or achieving. They were gentle invitations, to return to ourselves, to soften, to listen inward. Vicky carries a calming presence.
What makes her special is that she doesn't just see what you show she senses what's underneath. She hears what you don't say. And still, she brings lightness. Humor. Warmth. She's grounded, open, and deeply real, which makes it easy to connect with her, and through that connection, with yourself.
Our time in Goa was unforgettable. Not just because of the place, but because of who we got to be there. And Vicky had everything to do with that. Her presence was a quiet force beneath our experience: steady, nurturing, transformative.
If you're looking for someone who won't try to change you, but instead helps you remember who you've always been, Vicky is that woman.
I followed Vicky's yoga classes, practical classes of Ayurvedic therapies and guided meditations.
When I first met her I immediately felt a good vibe, trust, positivity and honesty.
She has a natural way of making people comfortable. She holds space like nobody else, she is funny, wise, listens and has a warm and big heart.
Vicky is the kind of person that cuddles you just by being around.
Her yoga lessons, meditations and personal talks are inspiring.
A retreat with Vicky is feeling connected, taking away insights about Yoga, Ayurveda and becoming a better more centered person.
It was a pleasure to meet her, Im looking forward to her new retreats, Im sure they will bring a lot of light.
I had the privilege of receiving Panchakarma treatments from Vicky Nicholson, and I truly can’t speak highly enough of the experience.
I was very unwell at the time, and Vicky’s care was instrumental in helping me begin the journey back to health. Over the course of a week, she treated me with genuine love, compassion, and deep expertise in Ayurvedic practices. From the carefully prepared meals and tailored herbal medicines to the nurturing massages, every element was delivered with thoughtful attention and true passion. Vicky’s knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and her intuitive, caring nature created a space for real healing. I am deeply grateful for her support and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking holistic care and transformation.
